How is the LP that NWN released recently? I've never heard this band before. Sounds cool when described, but discriptions can be misleading, and people tend to leave out HUGE negative factors (like the fucking horrible sounding drums on Goatlord's LP).

resuscitator is in my opinion one of the best things yosuke has put out in the past few months. it definitely has repeat listen value unlike so much of what gets released these days. i think the desription of greek bm iinfluenced death metal is pretty accurate.
and reflections of the solstice is a masterpiece even with the fucked up sounding drums. there is no denying the brilliance of that record. if you arent so into it though, pick up the demo lp/cd. |

fantastic. Their best and most interesting record they ever did.
May I ask: Does anybody know what has happened/will happen with these two releases exactly ?
Resuscitator - Towards The Sunless Centuries CD
Resuscitator - Reinitiation CD
I know the history of Quadrivium, but have these records been spread as promos or advance recordings before getting lost ? |

I can't get past the drums. I find them so annoying that I can't listen to more then 3 minutes of that album without turning it off. If they were lower in the mix then I could probobly forget about them, but they're pretty loud in the mix.
I have the demo 2CD, I wish I had them on LP. I love them. _________________ my medium of distant fingers |

The split CD they were supposed to do back in 1994 will eventually come out as a split CD/LP with another band. I already have the mater DAT tape from Resuscitator. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

I really like this release. I recently got it from Armando (drummer) and I've played it countless times already. Good stuff! _________________ Der Rest ist Schweigen. |
