I'm not really into this retro stuff, but Metalucifer is good in my book. It's hard not to like the hard bangin' but lovable Neal Tanaka. Laughing

Well yeah of course, it's a "total rocking NWOBHM/80's metal manifest" just like the add says. Twisted Evil Very Happy

Wait, I just realised this -
Gezol won't be singing in this record?
Gezol's vocals is what makes Metalucifer !

"Heavy Metaall Daahh rillllll!!"
Seriously, how can you top that???

Has Blumi ever sang Metalucifer tracks before?

Doubt it will be the same..

As said on the other threads, there are 3 versions: 2 versions (English and Japanese) has Gezol do the vocals with the J apanese line up , and there's a German Version with blumi on vocals with Metal Inquisitor/Desaster guys.

some tentative notes on the german edition.

About "HEAVY METAL BULLDOZER":

What you hear on this album is the "Teutonic Metal"- version of
METALUCIFER's "Heavy Metal Bulldozer". The line up is consisting of
axemaster "Elizablumi" and drumbeast "Tormentharou" (who both already
were part of the line up on the last album "Heavy Metal Chainsaw",
released anno 2002 on Iron Pegasus Records) and "Martinlucifer" on
bassguitar.
All songs were written by METALUCIFER's one and only commander in
chief "Gezolucifer" and were given to Elizablumi to re-arrange them
for the German line up version, including the vocals.

The Story behind this Teutonic Metal Attack of METALUCIFER is to
release two of the same albums at the same time, but done and
recorded by completely different line ups (the Japanese Line up
version, consisting of Gezolucifer, Elizaveat and Elizabigore, is
released through RIP records/usa and Holycaust Records/Japan.). So finally you get two
different interpretations of the same material. Hope you enjoy this
version here which presents the songs in a more rockin' Heavy Metal
way.
METALUCIFER has never been a standard band with standard ideas. This
album is an just example for the band's attitude, craziness and
courage to try something different.

METALUCIFER is still one band, but working seperately on this album.
The different line ups will melt together again when it is time to
play live.

The Heavy Metal Bulldozer will roll all over you when it hits the
road... so better watch out!
