Really wish I could make it down for that show... at least Consumer Electronics is this weekend.

This was easily in the top five WORST shows I have ever attended. Absolute garbage.

If anyone could recommend anything new (or I guess more obscure older stuff) along the lines of Theologian or Gnawed and The Vomit Arsonist that would be great. Gonna be up late working the next few nights and these sorts of sounds are always best for that.

Scope out the last Shift LP: Abandon is you haven't. The Stromstad LP that just came out Malignant is amaxing also. Anything from Body Cargo is worth checking out.

And if you're looking for more ambient/ritualistic stuff, the latest Svartsinn, Arktau Eos & Aeoga albums are all great!

Didn't know about the Shift album and apparently there's a Body Cargo release that I'd missed, too.

Cheers man.

CE or SJ?

Details, please!

The new Skin Crime cd on Hospital Prod. is damn good. Ain't exactly PE but still. It's good n' gritty! Two recent tapes on Self Abuse are available but I haven't played them yet along with the new Disgusting Sanctum tape on Finders.

Been listening to the new Geography of Hell 2xLP a lot lately. Incredible album and a strong blend martial tension with bleak ambience.

New SC tapes fucking rule, Conqueror Worm is especially morbid, was a damn pleasant surprise. Wonder if that new CD will get DLP treatment at some juncture, will grab it either way.

Hard to do because the 3rd track is a little over 38 minutes. I think splitting it in half to fit two sides of an LP would kill the flow and mood.
