Was this ever pressed on vinyl? The cover would look excellent on 12"

incredibly great thrashing Death Metal record. Would have been a killer on vinyl.

Never. I always thought about contacting the band and asking for permission, but never really cared much about it. One of the most underrated lp's ever, should have been the first Divine Eve in a way if I remember correctly.

Yeah, this is an amazing record, but I prefer Divine Eve, including the three promo tape Divine Eve songs that Crimson Relic rerecorded for the album. Divine Eve had a more sinister atmosphere that really sets it above most other Death Metal. Their versions of Essence Of Dawn, Innocence Lost, and Velvet Of The Godless just crush.

I still need that Crimson Relic CD.. Divine Eve is one of the best Death bands of all time.

It would be great to see this one on LP.

I have another question in the same topic: does any body knows if Sacramentum "Far Away From the Sun" was ever press on vinyl?

Far Away from the Sun was released by Adipocere Records have you asked them?

I didn't but from what I know most of their releases have never been pressed on vinyl. Only a few of them have had this opportunity and sadly it isn't their best releases for the most part.

I also prefer Divine Eve. Their material had a lot more bottom end to it. I still like Crimson Relic, but that album is so flawed in the production department. That's one release I wouldn't mind having a remastered version of. Bring out the vocals more and beef up the bass.

The production doesn't bother me so much as the more death/thrash oriented approach rather than the more atmospheric, doomish approach of Divine Eve, which is most obviously seen by comparing the songs that both bands recorded. Both superb bands, but Divine Eve is clearly the better of the two.
