Giger stuff not posters... printed on hard board. No need to frame.

Alas, I'd love to see some 7" storage solutions. Still bothers me to have these in cheap-ass cardboard boxes.

I use Billy shelves with doors. Looks like this (not my picture) and i'm still satisfied with this solution:

That's a good name. I'm a big fan of human names for animals. My dog's name is Larry, after Larry David.

Very nice Demoniarch. Mine has been 3 years in the making. Between work and family I don't have much time. Usually a couple hours on the weekend I will spend organizing everything alphabetically. Sold most of my tapes and 10" EPs as I didn't really have room to place them. I really wanted to do my music room in the basement but I have seen too may flooding in my lifetime. I chose a room on the main floor. Still getting things out of boxes after 3 years.

And couple boxes of 7"s. Would like to store them differently but will have to keep them like this for now:

One day. That's the last thing on my list. I've got a shitload of stuff to get out of boxes and sort out. I've got some frames for records just need to decide which records I should frame. First couple Iron Maiden LPs and Skrewdriver LPs are on my list. Probably "The Rack" and "Testimony of the Ancients" will be up there too.

I never "collected" per say. When I was a teenager CDs just started becoming popular and they were between $30 and $40 each as they were considered imports. So all I could afford is used vinyl at $2 to $5 each. Back then I was making $4.25 an hour washing dishes at a local restaurant after school and on the weekends. My monthly earnings would be lousy $200 a month if not less. Before I knew it my collection grew out of control. I actually sold roughly 800 records about 15 years ago. I regret selling some of them and I'm trying to buy them back but they are more expensive than they were back then. I would get most Banzai releases for as low as $3 (Apocalyptic Raids EP for example) and never paid more than $10 for an album. My first vinyl purchase was in 1989 or 1990 and it was "Live After Death" DLP and "Manitou" EP. I'll say close to 30 years I've been buying vinyl.

I found 5 copies of that shaped PD of Venom at a local store. $8 a piece. The guy also had the rape cover version still sealed for $2.99!! I kept that fucker sealed for a few years until I finally gave in and ripped the plastic off. The good old days of record hunting. Now everything is easily available if you have the money.

I believe I posted this before, but this is where I keep 7" records. I bought it a few years back at I believe Walmart. The dimensions are 29" tall 8" wide and 9" deep (the way your mom likes it)
