as far as I know it is only Yosuke who eventually never got my stuff. I have once again send him stuff (yes, there is my favorite excuse). he got stuff from me before in the past, shipped upfront or after i received stuff from him, always packed the exact way he wanted me to. Then a package does not arrive, you do your best to still get most of the stuff he originally asked for and send it. The last pack I was to sent left the 3rd of this month, shipping costs were 31,45, priority mail and the barcode is CC 84381255. I understand the frustration of items not arriving, I've been doing this since 1995 and know all about losing money and records in the mail, it just happens. To my knowledge the only one waiting for stuff from me in the states is NonComposMentis. other packs shipped to century media, paragon, the basar NA etc arrived within a reasonable time I think.
I don't blame anyone for not ordering from us after reading this, I wouldn't either, but this is the way i see things.

It seems that the only way to get people to act is to add them to the rip off list. Diego just emailed me to tell me that he sent his stuff finally.

well, I just got told about this today, I really don't care much about rip off lists.
I understand you didn't get the pack which was shipped the 3rd yet. I guess I'll wait for the delivery of that first. otherwise this whole conversation is useless.

It doesn't really matter to me as well. I've already written you off as an unreliable person and went public with it.

I don't understand why unreliable people run labels/distros. I work a regular day job and still have enough time to run this label/distro. Maybe the difference is that I'm not a lazy fuck with a drug addiction.

And Yosuke you gook, what is it with this drug addiction you keep nagging about? Do you know me personal? Or should I explain here that I am drunk about once a week? I really don't understand what that childish bullshit has to do with anything.

I am working full weeks as well for what that matters.
Think of it the other way: How do I know you never got your stuff? I did my best to clear things up and if you don't want to see that that's your problem, fucking spick.

I ordered some items(cds and shirt: $50 total) from Divine Empire's webstore way back in February 2006 and never received a thing. It was supposed to be a gift for my brother's birthday...he has always been a big Malevolent Creation fan. After sending several emails, I finally received a brief email reply from Jason Blachowicz. He said shirts were being redone and he was working on the cds. He would get me a refund if he couldn't get me the cds soon.

That was the only time that I ever heard from him. I've sent dozens of emails and received nothing...refund or items. More than a year and nada. This guy is a fucking zero and a scumbag.

A friend found him on gayspace and tried to communicate with him about missing orders. He replied once and never again. He says his merch guy ripped him off.

It looks as though he has ripped many other people off too...webstore closed indefinitely.
