Cover says bootleg was relased back in 1989 it is true? And it is worth?

Yes... on side says its 23-9-99 and second 23-10-99 
But maybe it is a repress of older bootleg?
Wroth? Rare? Hard to find?

it was released in 1999 and i have seen it on high prices in ebay since it was pressed in about 300 copies i think. I havent seen it for many years

Mexican bootleg right? I think there was an entire series of these with old thrash/death metal legends like Kreator, Destruction, Sodom, etc.

Or Brazilian...the last mexican vinyls released were done in a really crappy machinery, and they usually end with awful sound, or bad sound in many copies.
I will be printing some vinyl soon, but will be using United for it. I have been offered the "services" of that pressing plant in Mexico, but no thanks, I am looking for quality over quantity...

yes Mexican.. other bands were Venom, Mercyful Fate, etc.
