I had a digipack cd version, I don´t remember well, but I guess it was pirate bootleg.... It had a white fond plus the TIAMAT logo, (white as IMMORTAL - BATTLES IN THE NORTH or MOONSPELL - WOLFHEART...
In those years I did not get too much on it, and sold it...
Now I regret a little... _________________ YAWAR INTI channel ►

The original CD version was released by CMFT Productions and limited to 1500 copies, if I'm not mistaken. The Metalcore version came later. I think the CMFT and Metalcore CDs are basically identical, except for the label logos on the tray card. |

I forget who put that version out... Plastic Head or someone like that. It wasn't a boot that I remember either. More a case that not many people seemed interested in that release. Especially here in Australia which is not a poor model for general interest in bands on a global scale. _________________ Ashes to ashes

That would be the Metalcore pressing. The 1st CMFT pressing (catalog # CMFT CD 6) has ONLY the CMFT logo on the back inlay. What I heard is that CMFT ran into some financial problems (this is why the ASPHYX "Embrace The Death" album wasn't released until many years later), and they sold the release rights for "Sumerian Cry" to Metalcore, who re-released the CD with the exact same layout, except for the Metalcore logo on the back inlay.
I'd post a pic of the CMFT version, but I don't have a camera at the moment... |
