whats this about a pre-fest and who's playing/what day times?
Anyways I'm definatly going to save up to go to this. Looks like i'll only be able to go to day 2 and 3 though as I can't even find day 1 tickets on ebay. I've never even taken a plane before, or been outside north america so this will be a big first for me. Anyone know if I'm going to have to trade in my american dollars for euro's? or do they take american money there? Also I read about the perversor show thats happening sunday, anyone else know if any of the first day bands are playing seperate shows or pre-fest shows? espially demonomancy and abigail... and I guess my last question is if anyone knows about after party's I might be able to crash at... if I can't find an after party I'd rather squat on the streets and bring a sleeping bag... done it plenty times before fuck paying hundreds on a hostel

No, I would be surprised if you can pay with anything else than Euros in Germany, especially at a Metal concert.
But I am sure you can change your Dollars there, we are not talking abiut some Monopoly currency here..

holy shit!!!!! I just looked up berlin laws and here's what I found
"Ever since 1999 it’s been legal to drink alcohol in public in Berlin, and that includes on public transportation. If you’ve ever ridden public transport at night in Berlin then you have observed that many people utilize this permission to the utmost of their ability. It’s a far cry from the U.S. in which you have to be wary if you want to stand on the sidewalk holding a beer. Starting at age 16, Germans are allowed to imbibe beer, wine and prosecco while starting at 18 the hard stuff becomes legally purchasable and drinkable. Inebriation is a very acceptable thing in Berlin."
That's fucking awesome!!! With that law and the tons of awesome metal shows there I might just end up moving there. I'll see how I like it when I attend NWN fest... berlin seems amazing! |

Actually i've only lived in texas for a few months, but i do got some pretty fucked up teeth. But if enjoying the right to drink freely makes a person a retard, I guess people who enjoy the government regulating everything and making your choices for you is something "normal" people enjoy. Go post on a forum with other people whho also enjoy whiny straight edge metalcore |

Primitive, have you been living under a rock since birth, or did the doctor give you a trip in his TARDIS from your home in ancient Egypt to the present day? _________________ Ignivomous merch: abaddon_963[at]hotmail.com
