Last time I ordered from him it took a very long time till I got my package.
What was great then that I only ordered one 12" and a tape and got a package full of cds and tapes as an extra. |

- 17th of August I ordered merch from them. Status "processed".
- 6th of September I requested status on my order by e-mail. No answer.
- 19th of September I requested one more time. Got following answer:
"This week it is being sent".
- 23d of September I requested status once more. Feedback from MOD that the merch in my size had to be re-printed.. Very strange, because I ordered the stuff farely soon after its release.
- 12th of October. Still no stuff received.
I thought that MERCHANT OF DEATH was reliable. Situation has proved otherwise. Very excited to see if I will get my stuff at all.

It has been a couple years, but they were very reliable at one point. I stopped ordering when they shifted from metal to literally being a wharehouse for everything.
They always used to answer email inquires and were good for replacing orders or returns etc etc or whatever the problem was. |

Ordered there once and never again.
These shitheads provide items that they don't have in stock at all and feed you with lies that it will be restocked soon, even when an item is sold out from the label for a year or more.
Every answered mail comes from a different guy at that company, so solving problems gets more and more complicated.
Wanted to delete my order in the end and they told me that they don't accept my wish and sent me the other record that was available and I had to wait ages for a refund of the record that was "about to get restocked in the next weeks", it turned out that they even rip off labels that supply their releases to this bunch of shit.
I'd better burn my money than giving it to this queer jackass company again

ordered there once, they sent me the wrong LP, i told them that, they sent me the right LP and let me keep the wrong LP no charge. this was about 2 years ago though..
