Such a shame about the artwork... did they never have the rights to it in the first place or what? There are Games workshop logos plastered all over the originals... _________________ Myths (Vinyl) - click me

No, they never had the rights to it. It was licenced as it was also the cover of a very successful wargaming sourcebook, which makes a fuckload more money than Earache does.
Games Workshop is really paranoid about it's IP these days, and letting Earache renew that licence opens up all sorts of doors about their other licenced-but-lapsed stuff that they dont want to deal with. |

Anybody got theirs yet? Just remembered this as someone posted about some other Earache re-issues. |

This is one of those albums that I burned myself out on when I was younger. I listened to it so much that I don't think I ever need to really go back and listen to it again. |

I don't know. They just announce one at a time and are pretty secretive about what's next.
But given that Carcass is becoming active again it seems likely they'll do the others.
Personally I hope for more Bolt Thrower moreso. _________________ http://www.20buckspin.com |

Sickest Bolt Thrower album!!! I would love an original copy, shame they appear so stupidly priced on ebay. Anyone fancy paying £75 for a record? though I suppose in the twisted surreal world of metal LPs that is fairly cheap compared to some other things Mind you, I could be mistaken but I swear I've seen original copies of this go for not stupid amounts of money, down to right place right time I guess.
Wasn't this the very first album with guitars in drop A tuning? I remember some funny story about how the bass strings apparently wouldn't even vibrate though maybe that's an exaggeration... |
