| yeah well the $100 was just a joke, kinda. They could probably do subscriptions, with conditions like keeping torrents 2:1 seed/leech, for $10 a month or something... My ratio is currently at 5+ cos I've used credits to buy some gigs. I'm seeding 5 torrents but none of them are active, even the one I uploaded 30 hours ago. I'm hoping to get cable internet when I move in a couple months so none of this should be a worry then but I can see why so many people can't meet the demands on there. |

| so I just learnt what a seedbox is and caved in by renting one... currently uploading a file at a rate of 1MB/s which is absurd. I guess that's how all those users on there have upload TBs worth of shit... You can get one for 7€ a month shared which I'd say is worth it if you're a real film nut like I am. |

Same, but got any trouble downloading? Maybe it's because I tried on my laptop (had to download a new uTorrent)... I should have infinite download at my university... at least everyone does it with no problem. |

Love the freeleech things. Gotta take advantage to get things like the compete Hammer Horror collection and other ratio killers. I'd grab the Universal classics collection but I already own all the films on DVD

recs for pre-1990 'noir' horror, psycho/logical horror, scifi horror would be appreciated though im pretty sure ive seen every single movie that fits the bill. id like to take advantage of the halloween special however.

ive pretty much browsed the entire CG with years 1960-1989 in categories horror, hidden gems, scifi and thriller. i got a couple years left but its getting low.
