i wonder why people always expect the mailorder to refund if they did not specifically PAY for REGISTERED postage? Why is there the option if it made no difference?
(assuming you didnt pay for a registered parcel, cos if you did there should be no problem at all)
bottom line, daniel is definitely no rip off. _________________ www.dyingvictims.com

I did that last Thursday. Fucking cunt... I don't think I could be bothered selling through ebay any more now after a couple of items sell. I can't see why anybody would want to buy from me now after that prick destroyed my years old 100% rating.
For the sake of it, here's the few things I'm selling (two more will be added this evening)... if these sell, at least my rating will start to rise again. http://www.ebay.ie/sch/jedifart/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686 _________________ www.facebook.com/SarlaccProductions |

Well, I certainly have no reason to rip anyone off over a fucking 7"
I sent it out... for whatever reason it did not arrive...
It was not sent registered.
The rules are clear, please tell me any distro who handles this different.
There´s nothing I can do about it.
Anyone here can decide theirselves if they want to "avoid" buying from me because of that....
EDIT: My opinion on registered shipping is that it does not make a real difference. Yes, in case of registering I can prove that I sent it off... But that´s more or less all... If it get´s lost it´s still lost... And everyone who ever tried get the lost money back from the postal service knows that...
Of course I do it if anyone is asking for it, but I don´t really mention it in my shop system. Maybe I should change that... _________________ http://shop.deathstrike.de

I have had this Situation now 4 Times already. And 4 Times the German Post paid the Money. 1 Time were to a Post Box and i don't have to Ship to Post Boxes, they paid. Another Time i got first the money, afterwards they tracked it, it was delivered and i havn't to pay the money back. I send nearly all my Post registered. _________________ Out Now:

It's buyer's responsibility if he selects 1st class shipping and something is lost then, however registered shipping works out well to get your money back in case of loss. |

Well, I only ever tried to get money back from a registered letter once.
I had to fill out this form that they look for it
And I had to give them an invoice for the sent stuff. So I made one up and I faxed it.... They said it did not arrive... faxed it again... nothing happened ... phoned with their hotline (which costs 12cent per minute) tons of times until I got someone who explained me that the invoice amount is OVER the the 20 or something EUR that a registered letter is only for items worth UNDER that amount, and because it was OVER it I will get NOTHING, not even the 20 EUR !
They said I should have sent it as registered parcel to make sure to have it insured ....
I still hold my opinion.
Registering is good for having a proof that I sent something, and having a proof that something was delivered IF it get´s delivered.
BUT to use registering to INSURE what you want to send is useless....
I do not even want to talk about all the really huge packs which were actually insured up to 500 EUR I sent worldwide which got lost over the years...
In that case all you get back is some certain amount of money for each KG your pack weighs... Sending bricks with a parcel actually get´s you more money than the worth of what you actually sent .....
I got back something like 90 EUR for a pack with items worth of 400 EUR.
Not to mention the ridiculous amount of time they take to work on those kind of things....
This whole insuring/registering thing is a joke once it actually comes in action.... _________________ http://shop.deathstrike.de

Da machst du was Grundlegend falsch
Trackinglink
Auf der Seite steht schon-> Nachforschung International, der Rest ist Selbsterklärend.
Mein letzter Stand war, das der Inhalt bis 32€ versichert ist + Portokosten. Hatte ne CD für 24€ verloren, also 24€+5,50€ Porto / Einschreibegebühr.
Briefsendungen funktionieren damit sogar besser wie Pakete, da die Pakete teilweise garnicht versichert sind resp. nicht bis 500€, sondern nach dem Weltpostvertrag. Das bedeutet dann folgendes:
Gewicht
DHL Paket International: Maximale Haftung in EUR
5 kg 70,71
10 kg 96,17
20 kg 147,08
31,5 kg 205,63

Wüsste nicht was ICH da falsch mache...

_________________ Out Now:

An update regarding the Israeli cunt... ebay said that they've removed his feedback and taken action against his account, which is great. I can still see the feedback and my rating is still the same, but I'm presuming that this will change. At least they took the complaint seriously. _________________ www.facebook.com/SarlaccProductions |

Unexploded Records is a label that I never expected to become a shameless rip-off:
http://www.unexplodedrecords.com/
These swedish cunts ripped off the band Nadiwrath (Greece). The deal was a 5x Nadiwrath - Nihilistic Stench LPs against 5x Unexploded Recs LP releases. The band sent their part of the trade first and after that, they received the following message:
"Hello
We have receive your part. Thanks. But I am sorry to say, 3x covers have bended corners and all the innerbags have been cuted through the vinyls. Can you send new?
Regards
Daniel"
The band immediately sent the new covers + inner sleeves (which were taken straight from other LPs, thus rendering them useless) and after that, the label's owners disappeared. Only a guy named Mattias sent the typical "sickness" reply:
"Hello
I shall look over it with Daniel. He have been sick a couple weeks so we have some delays.
Regards
Mattias"
Needless to say, no more replies followed after that. This shit has been going on for the last 4 months. Ripping a band off their self-released stuff is totally unethical and these swedish cocksuckers deserve to be buried under a huge pile of shit. End of story. |
