Did you agree on a price, where you promised to pay a specified amount at a specified time and the seller promised performance? Was there any consideration given on your end?


Ha, take it easy there bud it's not a law school hypo, I doubt he gave "any consideration" in order to keep the offer open between tendering and acceptance.
