They are not answering on that email. Or maybe they are just very bad at checking emails? |

Usually I get reply from that mail in 5-15 minutes. Try contacting through order form on the site, for example. |
I can't find any order form on their website.

Seems like they only have email contact. It's been 6 days and no answer. Tried emailing again yesterday. Nothing. I just have a simple question for them. |

I emailed them on Monday and got emails back from them yesterday and this morning. |

I have no idea why they would ignore my emails. Just a question that would problaly take them 2 seconds to answer. Makes no sense. |

they might be closed for the Negative Plane tour with Vomitor. i think AJNA did as well. so you might be patient a bit longer, they might not have read it yet.

Sometimes if there's a backlog of e-mails it can take a while to get to yours, no matter how long it would take to answer yours in particular.
So if he's got an e-mail that's taking a couple of days to get through (as it might be a contract or something complex) you'll just have to be patient.
