2013 - A new hood design, similar in style to the Ross Bay Cult zip up merch will be printed and released by Iron Bonehead early next year.
At present Diocletian is working on new material for the third album, rehearsals sound like we have brought back a vibe more akin to the demo of 2005 just ramped a ton. BEWARE !!
On the front 2012 was a busy year for Diocletian with shows and releases (check below). Hails to all who have supported us thus far and beyond.
First the 7" ep 'European Annihilation' (Sold Out) by Iron Bonehead for the subsequent Deathkult fest appearance and small tour.
With the return of original member L.Muir on bass/vocals. the ep Features 2 re-recordings 'Deathstrike Overkill' and 'Antichristhammerfist' and covers by Doom and Anti-Cimex.
Osmose Prod released a compilation of OOP material. Remastered by Cam Sinclair (Diocletian/Witchrist).
A re-pressing of our debut album 'Doom Cult' via Iron Bonehead in Picture disc format.
A new song featured on the Monomaniac compilation 7" (Sold Out) titled 'Traitors Gallow' !!!
Concluding with the 'Disciples of War' split with Weregoat (USA).
Available via Dark Descent on Cd and from Parasitic Rex on Vinyl (early 2013) respectively.

Awesome stuff! I just wish those EPs weren't so obscure and near impossible to obtain.

Such a great band. Looking forward to new music in 2013. Probably my favorite of this style.
The CD version of Doom Cult is one of my favorite album covers ever. Would love to see a shirt or hoodie design of that, hint hint

I hear ya on that one Chris. I missed out on grabbing a copy of the 'European Annihilation' 7".
I skipped the 'Annihilation Rituals' LP but only because I have originals of everything that was on it anyway.
Would really like a copy of that 'European Annihilation' 7" just because it's the only non-compilation release I am missing I think and I want to hear the Anti-Cimex cover |

Unlikely in 2013. With the new album in the works and other tour opportunities for the end of year, it would be pushing it But i wont say never, we would love to play USA again.
All comes down to $$$ unfortunately its a costly exercise to bring us from the southern ocean.

A new round of merch is in the pipeline. Perhaps with GoatGear we can consider renewing a couple of OOP designs, including a pull over hood, so it is possible..
