I think it should matter a lot, I've been getting a band of my own up and in the works for a long time now, I chose the name carefully with a lot of thought and I think it's one of the best band names ever and that is "genocidal viölence", the vision is for it to be a perfect mix between anti-human bestiial war metal and motorhead/inepsy style speed metal/rock'n'roll with some brazilian trash influences as well in between with sort of a sadistik exekution type attitude as well as a 80's heavy metal presence! I Think the name fits the vision perfectly and that's what I'm trying to do with the name. It'll be one hell of a beast once it manifests though.

Oh I'm definatly serious, still in the proccess of writting songs though and finding a drummer. Other than that we got just about everything covered, our plan though is to record our first demo using a drum machine and shop that out to drummers in hopes
we find one that fits us. But there definatly won't be anything real soon, it's not like I'm announcing anything, just thought it would be relevant to. The thread, i'd want to perfect the sound, and perfect the songs before I decide to release anything, plus my guitarist lives in the east bay area, and I live in the south bay. But it's definatly something I'm 100% serious about, no question there.
