Took me forever to get rid of these records back when they were released, both LPs and CDs. A great record if you sit down and give it your full attention. It took me quite some time but it was worth it. Great record. _________________

This might be a useless offer given that the vinyl version pops up every now and then for a reasonable price like others have pointed out before, but my initial copy arrived with a TOTALLY bent, creased and split cover wherefore I bought another one. Long and boring story short, I still have the actual vinyl plus the cut back front and back cover motifs that you could use to make your own sleeve. Anyone who can make use of that can have the vinyl for the postage of 5,50 Euro. _________________

Mortuus puts 95% of those 'occult' bands to shame. This is really a record you need to listen to properly, like mister 13 said. In darkness, at maximum volume with few candles to be able to read the lyrics. |

This album was awesome. Going to listen again today as it's been awhile, the thead just kinda gave me the ambition to locate it. |

Indeed. This album was overlooked for far too long. We also had copies of the LP and CD laying around here for while before they got sold, something which I never understood as the album reeks darkness and mysticism throughout. |

Indeed, Gregorgoroth.
And actually, he is doing a pretty good job. Don't know if you already checked out this video before...

"The first MORTUUS EP will be rereleased as a mini-CD - and possibly a 10" - along with two unreleased tracks (that vere partly written in 2006, and finished this year). More info on this when the recording is finished, and the release date is set..."
These lines are from their facebook page from last September. Let's see when this will be happen. At least the band itself is alive again, so apparently there may be something coming up then.
From my opinion their first EP is by far superior than LP. I was a very keen from their EP when it came out but LP was actually to firstly a little bit disappointment, but then it started to grow to a fine piece of art and gold. |

Great news! I really dig the 10" idea, they're way more convenient than 7"s. _________________ Sic transit gloria mundi |
