Not quite like Venom, but one of the most evil sounding heavy metal records, IMO: Exorcist - Nightmare Theatre

Oh, and there's also Deliverance's "Devils Meat". The music itself isn't very similar most of the time, but they've got the same vibe and atmosphere going. Vocal-wise there was an influence for sure.
