Most of what I came in to say has already been mentioned: Funeral Mist, Teitanblood, Cultes des Ghoules, Katharsis, etc.

I'll add Mortuus' De Contemplanda Morte, The One's I, Master and Summoning's Let Mortal Heroes Sing Your Fame.

Possibly Cornigr's Relics of Inner War as well.

There's probably a dozen more I can't think off right away, but there you go.

EDIT: Absolutely agree on Daamar's Triumph Through Spears of Sacrilege and Mefitic's Signing the Servants of God.

Agreed.

The only question, to me, is how well it will age. At the moment, I rank it very highly indeed, but of course there's a chance that, five or ten years down the road, I'll see it more as, say, a very competent piece of De Mysteriis...-worship, rather than as a brilliant album in its own right. It's unlikely, but possible - I've changed my mind before. We'll see, time will tell, etc.

Beherit "Engram" and "At the Devil's Studio", Profanatica "Disgusting Blasphemies Against God", Graveland "Creed of Iron". I also dug the debut of Thoth from Poland. If we're counting eps then "Boka Vm Kaos" from Arckanum.
