Not too familiar, but I like NOX. Will check this out. _________________

| Really looking forward to this - been a long time coming. NOX filled the gap pretty well, but a new Centurian album is most welcome. One of the best DM bands ever. Samples sound good so far - but I doubt they can top Liber Zar Zax. |

Definitely has a NOX feel over Centurian... Not a fan of the vocals either. They are a bit processed and aren't the wet, bowel-churning vocals of their first LP and to some extent, the second.
But I'm pretty critical because I hold Centurian to high standards.
Nothing will come close to "Chornozonic Chaos Gods" when it comes to Dutch dm intensity. _________________

Been listening to this records for the last few days, and damn its fuckking intense. Absolutely agree with the OP remark about this being the album that "Liber Zar Zax" wasn´t (although "LZZ" was pretty killer by its own means).
Centurian always were (and still are!) fucking masters of unholy Death Metal, even when the mutated into Nox. _________________ Die faggot.

Sounds good, wasn't aware there was a new Centurian album. _________________
There's nothing worse than a 45 year old man in a Darkthrone T-shirt and a receding hairline. Even cholera is better.
|

The musicianship between them and NOX has always been really impressive, but the productions have been not that great. This album sounds great all around and I really like the MORBID ANGEL influence. 666.

Absolutely brilliant, well if you're into Centurian
I prefer the original drummer btw, more spastic, but this one is also excellent ! |
