Prefer Arioch era Marduk but Sulphur Souls off Opus Nocturne is great.

I really like the rerecording of Dark Endless on the FMJ rerelease with Joakim on vocals and the Opus Nocturne production. So damn good.

Killer band, but I'm one of those people that thinks "Heaven..." is a killer album

It's certainly aggressive as fuck. It's pretty good too, though Those of the Unlight, Dark Endless and Opus Nocturne trump it.

La Grande Danse Macabre also has some good points.

You mean live? If so, I'd actually hope they won't play any of those old tunes anymore and concentrate on a post-TotU setlist exclusively. The old stuff just doesn't fit the full-speed ahead blast attack style that Marduk has been playing for a number of years now. Last time I saw them perform Within the Abyss and Still Fucking Dead I could barely recognize the songs, they replaced all mid-tempos with blastbeats and it didn't sound good at all.

We played with them last month, they played quite a few of the earlier tracks (pre Legion) and pretty much the same as the original recordings (no blasts where there shouldn't be).

That's a brilliant, underrated album.

Still dont think that its Jon. That hair isnt curly enough

[EDIT] Found that mcd. Very same photo (only bigger size and b&w) is on booklets last page which is FMP's distibutions add.

I'm sure Wilhelm will soon jump in and share his thoughts on the pic while reminding us for the 127th time that he has been ordering from FMP since 1995, bought Petrified #2 when it was released and has been engaged to Jon for the past 15 years.

Laughing

Followed by posting that tired old FMP ad that he always posts to register his pre-internet kvlt to the board. It's no secret that Wilhelm is addicted to Jon's cockjuice...

The last three are really good. Rom being my personal favorite. Lot of variety in it.

My favorite is Opus Nocturne. I haven't listened to them in a while, though.

Are you by any chance referring to this?

But seriously, the fact you and Marcos have been following me around these forums for the past 10+ years now is conspicuous. Let me remind you why :
