Indeed. That's some gorgeous cover art there -- worthy of a full poster print. I'm already sold on the music because I've enjoyed everything else PI has released. |

This particular painter (Paulo) is like a visionary bestowed upon the metal scene, a talented wonder... his works goes way beyond illustrations, for someone to be this talented and content with painting for the small niche market of metal covers (maybe he does other stuff??? I don't know) but WOW, for the metal realm, this is some extremely detailed talented painting and it is excellent stuff. The clarity in everything is amazing. The man has talent in spades. |

Paolo does plenty of non metal paintings as well. He just happens to be a metalhead so it makes sense for him to do album covers.

Lucky for us then... cause those paintings like I said before have the clarity of excellence about them we don't often get in the underground extreme metal scene very often.
Lots of hand drawings, from some very talented folks as well, but full blown painted artworks of that skill level... not very often. It's a nice change up here and there I'd say. |
