Agree with you, although I would say "too clean & polished" in stead of "too orthodox"...

Yeah, the album sounds way too polished but it's still good, although the demo is far superior.

The demo is okay, the album is mediocre.

| Awesome band, both demo and full lenght are good, though i prefer Consolamentum. Probably too polished and Watainish for some but much still light-years better than certain swedish glue sniffers. Good live band too. |

| I only have Consolamentum and really enjoy giving it a spin, but have not heard anything else. Am I missing out? |

With Burning Tongues is far better.More memorable and hymnic character of the songs,as Consolamentum contains too much uninspiring speed parts and all that religious black metal cliches.Overall demo is superior..
