Just got a HUGE parcel from David today... a lot of people became impatient & filed Paypal claims when he was slow, and the items became available again. I snagged Shub Niggurath "Darkness and Evilness Prevails" LP, Pentacle "Ancient Death" LP, The Chasm "The Spell of Retribution" LP, Denial of God demos LP, Runemagick live LP and a ton of other stuff. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Very, very happy about this.
If he owes you money that wasn't refunded, I'd suggest trying to contact him again, as he's overall a trustworthy individual.

No, he isn't. He told me that my parcel was sent and it never arrived.
If the items are available again, it's because he never send them to the people who paid for them. Maybe that's the reason we filed a claim in the first place.
But you should be happy. Probably you got stuff that was meant (and paid) by somebody else.

Just because you got your stuff doesn't mean other people have and most certainly doesn't make him trustworthy.

Did you try sending him a picture of a bunch of flowers beneath the FORCA PORTA scarf? He might feel flattered and more inclined to send you the Nunslaughter eps you ordered.

Exactly! I've got the same email response, after i told him to answer my email or i will open a claim (after 10 emails & 40 days since payment).Keep in mind that after i've paid him, he told me that my stuff will be shipped the following day thing that he didn't.
As for the impatient thing, i really don't get it - if you send money to someone, you don't know or dealt before and you've gotten nothing almost 7 weeks later, plus he doesn't answers your emails what are you supposed to do? I'm not talking about reliable labels or members here with good reputation - i'm talking about a complete stranger.
