An hour ago I was listening to Obituary - Back from the Dead after years of having the cd gathering dust. It wasn't as bad as I remembered until the last track "Bullituary" started. Shame on Obituary for daring to release this rap/metal bullshit. Fuck this is gay. _________________

Not just a song or two, there are bands that should be ashamed of an album that they have released. But who am I to judge?
Any techno type re-mixes that are included as bonus tracks. Emperor did it on "IX Equilibrium"on the digipak version. Dark Tranquillity did it on the "The Mind's I" re-issue, etc., etc.
It simply ruins the album.
And now Anthrax "Bring the noise" comes to mind for some reason. Even though they have sucked for some time before that crap was released. _________________

Front Line Assembly track Stupidity, featuring Al Jourgensen and Justin Hagberg on the album Improvised Electronic Device, the song disrupts the flow of the album. _________________ Well black metal doesn't really go in that group... at all.... Not a whole track but that techno bit in the middle of Forlorn - Crystal Palace makes me cringe every time I hear it... spoils the album a great deal. The weird techno shit at the end of Morbid Angel's Formulas... just a couple off the top of my head. _________________

Anyway, 90+% of Metal bands should be ashamed of their entire discographies, minus, usually, only 1 or 2 first album. [/thread] |

This track was on the original "Enter Suicidal Angels" EP |
Yes that's the one, "archetype" or something. They should have omitted those bonus tracks all together. "The Mind's I" is a perfect album the way it is. _________________

Judas Priest has had quite a few embarrassing songs in their otherwise-stellar career (including the entire Turbo album...), but their cover of "Johnny B. Goode" has to be one of the most shameful performances in music history. Just godawful on every level.
And no discussion of "bands with tracks they should be ashamed of" can be complete without mention of the Celtic Frost abomination Cold Lake, and in particular "Cherry Orchards". _________________ Evil Is As Evil Does... |

At least they were smart enough to keep this shit as obscure as possible by releasing it themselves as a demo and not as a proper album through a label. That is still no excuse for this piece of crap to exist. _________________ https://www.facebook.com/dodkvlt
