I said OK of if they had Grave Upheaval. We checked, they didnt.
Discussion over. |

What, they haven't got a band with a total of seven songs in their discography? Now that is outrageous....
It's not up to spotify, it's up to the rightful owners of the material. _________________ www.UnbornProductions.com

Exactly, I dont see why people are expecting this program to have uber underground metal at all, its obviously marketed towards mainstream crowd, the best thing you can get here are Nuclear blast metal and several underground acts like previously stated. Still very impressive when it comes to other genres.
very good app thinking you have endless music library in your pocket, you can listen to your desired music whenever you want and discover new music. |

I actually think it's got quite good selection of underground stuff as well, in all metal-genres really.
Just to name a few albums I've been listening to on spotify while at work of late:
Nokturnal Mortum "The Voice Of Steel"
Burzum "Aske"
Funeral Mist "Devilry"
Midnight "Satanic Royalty"
Witch Cross "Fit For Fight"
Death SS "Black Mass"
Behexen/Horna split album
Arghoslent "Hornets Of The Progrom"
Deströyer 666 "Cold Steel... For An Iron Age"
++++++
So there really should be enough stuff there to keep you occupied while being on the move even if you're narrowminded and only listen to ug black metal. _________________ www.UnbornProductions.com

Spotify is peer to peer based, so if i recall correct, adding music to your library folder will enable other people to access those files. |

+1
Only been using it for the last two days but thus far the only thing I searched for that wasn't there was Nifelheims first. otherwise, I've been surprised by how much they DO have! |

I'm actually talking about demo bands or bands that only released an ep or split with some ug label that people seem to expect. But yes, otherwise it has ok selection, my biggest disappointment is probably the lack of Sodom. Otherwise its good, people here should share their playlist too. |

Nope, I don't think so. It just syncs up with the music on your personal HD so you can use one program for all your music and they appear on Spotify when you use its search function. |

There used to be more Sodom on Spotify if I remember correctly but i guess some albums just drop off since the labels don't want to pay the yearly fee to keep certain albums there. |

Yes, I also remember that Sodom was on spotify. Some artists disappear after a while.
I mostly use Spotify when listening to other genres. The only thing I find a bit annoying is that the album year often is wrong and all the added bonus tracks. _________________ Wantlist:

Anyone know how to listen to a full album based on the tracks consecutively? or do they always put them on shuffle throughout the album? Its like listening to postmortem and not having raining blood play next, no continuity. |
