x1000!!! The Explosives are ready to fucking blow there man!

Should post my Roky collection some day. Have quite a few CD's... There's more live stuff in the same quality as Halloween.

Please do! Roky's live stuff recommendations would be cool too.

Maiden Japan

It's a shame they have never released the whole show as live album. The bootleg is fantastic and propably the fastest and most punkish Maiden live there is!

Been looking for that bootleg for a while, do you have any idea where the cd can be found? Was it ever released on wynil? Would appreciate it if someone uploads the whole show.

I thought there was a CD version with a full set? I have a nice rip somewhere of the full set list, I think. I'm happy to upload it if anyone wants.

Muro - Acero y Sangre I would sau is essential due to the fact that its their first album and a great speed metal offering. ALso I think only one of the songs is even on any studio albums.

My memory is hazy but I think there was an official(?) cd of a full set but it was only available to IM fan club members.

The DER STÜRMER live LP is way over the top. Surprised actually that it wasn't said already.

Saxon - The Eagle Has Landed
The first live album I bought. Everything about it is Great. Good selection of songs and the band is thight as hell.

Watain - The Ritual Macabre
This is not going to be a popular choice. Not even the band likes it. But to me it is a solid live tape. They could have slipper Transilvanian Hunger though.

Holocaust - Live Hot Curry And Wine
NWOBHM live albums tend to be really good. This proves it.

Genocide Organ - Remember. One of the most ferocious live albums ever.

Oh yeah!
Holocaust - Live Hot Curry And Wine

I was introduced to it after hearing Metallica's cover of Small Hours, and was blown away that every song was great and that this band wasn't on FM radio everywhere, as HOLOCAUST bordered hard rock and heavy metal and were totally catchy.

in other words,
why Def Leppard, and not Holocaust ?
