Cool to see that people are flying into town for this one, should be a hell of a show.
And no, there are no hotels near the venue. This venue is kind of in the middle of the North Side of the city, and most hotels are out by the airports or downtown. |

Here is where the venue is on a map...downtown is about 6 miles to the southeast if you scroll over on the map .

Edit : This seems to be the absolute closest place to stay, but I imagine space is very limited. It's about 2 miles from the venue, which would be a pretty cheap cab ride

If I remember correctly from my last visit to Chicago, the Blue Line runs 24 hours. Google Maps tells me this club is less than half a mile from the nearest Blue Line train station, so lodging shouldn't be much of an issue. |

True. The Blue Line runs all night, but it's just more time between trains during the late night/early morning. Anyone staying near o'hare airport or downtown shouldn't have any problems getting to the venue from the train. It's only about a 10 minute walk from the Addison st station to the club.
I didn't mean to imply that the venue is hard to get to, just that there really aren't any close hotels for people looking to stay close to the club. |

It's really not, I'm coming from MD and a quick google plane ticket search puts me at $180 round trip, I bet I end up paying around $125-150 after some actual looking. That shouldn't be a lot for an adult. I imagine hotel costs will exceed the cost of flying. |

How could it be overly expensive/difficult to anyone living in the states to get to Chicago? Unless if you're totally broke. Thinking about crossing the pond to see this. |

Maybe there are some decent hostels in Chicago where a bunch of the attendees can book an entire room? That should be like $30/night...? |
