Bought some stuff from him awhile ago. He's a little expensive but reliable.

Good to know, cheers.

I agree that he's a bit expensive, but even so it'll be cheaper for me to get all four of my current must-haves from him, rather than through two or three different orders from two or three different distros. Saving on postage and all that...

Well general rule would be not to buy from greeks, unless you know they are reliable! Despite the high amount of scumbags from Greece, there are some very nice exceptional individuals as well.

I've made a few really great purchases on Discogs from unknown greek sellers these last two years. Never got ripped off. I'm talking records for 10 or 20 when most sell them for over 100. The economic situation over there is probably bad enough for these kind of deals as well as increased amounts of rip-offs. I have absolutely no reason to distrust greeks the same way one distrusts people from certain Asian or South American countries though.

Edit: No, none of them were bootlegs. This should probably be made clear.

What makes you think he is expensive?

I've only used discogs once, and it was for a Der Sturmer record. The expirience was positive. I have no rating there, the seller was just some random seller that happened to have the record.

Absolutely no problems encountered. The album came in perfect condition and the seller was paid appropiately.

I would recommend Discogs over Ebay I do believe.

Indeed! Case in point right there mate. Some of his stuff is ludacrious. I will say though, I bought three records from him and made an offer and he accepted as long as we did it outside Discogs, so there is still some human left in him hehe...

about "the Greeks", I've bought a lot of stuff from Greece lately and not a single problem. In fact, the three times I've been ripped off in all these years it's been two Canadians and one American.

Is the Portuguese fella on Discogs who calls himself "Blasphemous Lust" a reliable seller?

Since he has 445 ratings (only 6 neutral) and 100% positive feedback, I would assume so...

He was a bit slow to ship, and his items came from Portugal (although his account at the time claimed UK), but they were decently packed and eventually arrived with no issues, so I'd say reliable.

Could you PM me his e-mail, kompis? I can't register on Discogs for some reason, that damn activation e-mail isn't popping up, and Discogs tech support isn't really helping out.

He owes me a ton of (mostly non-existent) shit... total worthless flake, good luck getting a hold of him.

To whom it may concern:

User "Deathexecution" = User "Cross of Donar" (Arjan Peeks, owner of Heidens Hart Records).

User "Deathexecution" is registered by the email herjann@gmail.com. That can be confirmed by the board admin.

The email herjann@gmail.com is used for the label Heidens Hart: http://home.kpn.nl/H.Peeks/contact.htm

Arjan himself keeps writing from this email:

Quote:

Arjan <herjann@gmail.com>

Hi all,

A short newsletter to inform you of some news. You received this email
because you're in my address book.

Thanks for your time,
Arjan

Why does Arjan Peeks need a second (clandestine) user profile on NWN forum?

As "Deathexecution", he was writing among others:

Deathexecution wrote:
...that whole zine is one big advertisement for darker than shit records

Deathexecution wrote:
good to see the next band no longer working with kramer the homeless satanic skinhead due to his incompetence

Deathexecution wrote:
yes, can't wait for "dtbrex" twisting words and defending and proofing himself by posting his hilarious bullshit fantasies again while he has nothing to do with subject Laughing

Deathexecution wrote:
biggest flop: darker than black records of course. release only shitmusic Laughing

Deathexecution wrote:
Almost as bad as Ofermod haha!

Deathexecution wrote:
why by this shitty dunkelheit... hope for a release on worthy label

Deathexecution wrote:
the guy (Ancient Records) is simply incapable to run a label, why else do you think he quit turannum and start again with this trendy shit?

Deathexecution wrote:
Don't hold your breath waiting for them. I guess, by now everyone knows Kramer lives in his car, and it's pretty hard to run a label that way.

Deathexecution wrote:
how about getting your stuff together and actually releasing something instead of only ever announcing new pre-order after pre-order after pre-order?? people are waiting over a year for items they paid for since you first announced some stuff. yet all that comes up is announcing of new items "send to press soon, pre-order now!", it's fishy. whatever problems you have right now does not explain why certain releases announced a year ago, are still not available and still "waiting approval", "waiting layout", "waiting tesptress" etc.

Deathexecution wrote:
besides it's well known fact azhogh is the biggest asskisser around Cool

Deathexecution wrote:
that new track (Osculum Infame) on the soundcloud sounds like typical modern Shining-whinery, including the guitarmelodies and shitty vocals...

Deathexecution wrote:
Really, who needs another $5 cd label carrying only crap...? Moloch? Avsky? They are all 10th rate clones. Suicidal Winds "kult legends"? On which planet?

Deathexecution wrote:
NSP is a shitty ebay trendlabel - avoid.

Deathexecution wrote:
Anyone would agree these shirtdesigns (Goatmoon and Goatpenis) are hilariously retarded, right?

Deathexecution wrote:
Most of No Colours vinyl releases = avoid. Shitty sound, even shittier sleeve, and as most NC releases coupled with some hilarious spelling mistakes.

Deathexecution wrote:
Oh I was afraid it concerned new material (of Arcturus), luckily not on kyrck.

Arjan Peeks is working with many labels and bands; distributing their releases and organizing concerts. Needless to say, they'd reconsider dealing with him if they knew how he thinks about them.

As "Deathexecution", Arjan Peeks believes he is safe to speak his mind whereas "Cross of Donar" would never dare to say any of that.

Or is it that Arjan knows he lacks the physical condition to back up his brave words once he gets challenged over his slander?

Arjan Peeks:

Thanks, Yosef. Yeah, that's the email I have. Do you know his name/location/anything else?
