I don't know about other places but when they played Seattle in 2008 there were about 50 people at a weeknight show. If that was the norm I wouldn't want to tour here again. I was glad they played here, them probably not so much.

On MDF's website, it says its Ulvers debut in the USA. Ha!

I believe they're speaking of Candlemass there, dude.

Its not Candlemasses debut either... Ive seen them in America. Dude.

Pretty sure they're referring to this particular set. It's the debut of the "live show" they've been doing in Norway at the opera/etc.

Fair, but they have done this in the past, saying so and so band is performing live in the US for the first time, and they did a tour like... 5 years ago.

Aye, was unaware that they have false advertised in the past. Shame they have to do such amateur nonsense.

I'm w/ Holocaust on this one, "As this will be the bands debut live show in the USA, it is live material from these now legendary events that Ulver will be performing at Maryland Deathfest." Whatever.

I mean... I doubt they do it on purpose, those 2 "Chads" are just false with too much money. Laughing

Garm did something like a DJ set in Manhattan for The End Records years back. Ulver has never played in the US.

Which bands did they do this about ? I've only been to the last 3 fests and don't recall any instances of this , but I didn't pay much attention to the lineup/promotion for previous fests....

Lineup for next year is looking quite good already...

Aside from Asphyx, Unleashed, and Gorguts, not as stoked on the heavy-hitters so far.

But Exruciating Terror, Mgla, Unholy Grave, and the NZ bands...
Cool

By "they're" I was referring to the posters you were quoting, not the MDF page. Fuck it; semantics.
