Viper: Soldiers of Sunrise (Brazil 1987 speed heavy, great vocals punk style drumming)
Mindless Sinner: Turn Up the Power ( Swedish old metal, best of that country for me, also demo after this album is incredible)(speed/heavy)
Nocturnal Rites: In a Time of Blood and Fire ( ignore anything after sacred talismen, this is their first and most awesome album, speed/heavy, with vocalist of Gothom City, Ander Zacrisson)
Iron Savior: Unification (speed/power, this is newer but still I think its great, pulled it out for a revisit and still like it, Kai Hansen era of this band is worth the time for fans of speed/power metal)
Hawaii: One Nation Undergroud (Friedmans band before Megadeth, Escape the night is one of the best US metal song in my personal opinion)
Thunderway: The Order Executors (Albania version of old Helloween)
Faithful Breath: Faithful Breath (Great old timerband that kept rocking till they broke their hips, like Heavy Loan meets Deep Purple)
Iron Cobra: Dungeon Masters (New album from German band, part of the newer school of traditional heavy metal, Kill em meets, Thor, meets Gravestone) |
Some nice recommendations there, never heard of some! |

Mindless sinner's Master of evil is MUCH BETTER than turn on the power imo. So don't be discouraged by turn on the power if you don't enjoy too much. _________________ Born For Burning

I have that Iron Savior cd but I have to admit that I was not really impressed by this record. But new Iron Kobra album is killer!!! HEAVY METAL GENERATION! |

Most of them must have been mentioned already but I can't read the whole fucking thread so :
OSTROGOTH "full moon's eyes / ecstasy & danger"
ACCEPT everything from "breaker" to "metal heart"
HOLOCAUST "the nightcomers"
ADX "exécution"
I could give more titles but those ones rock so much I don't want to flood them in a big list. |

Yeah, cool band. I like "Back on my Hill" from the kraut-prog days best, and "Skol" from the heavy metal days. |
