The only other main WTF moment for me is that 70's stoner rock beat at the beginning of Joined by Dark Matter.. I can't think of anything else except the Devil's Blood and crap like this while listening to it. There's still a lot to take in obviously, I like the interesting ways Dagon connects riffs in the fast sections. |
I keep thinking the opening riff of the title track sounds like a stoner band - I could quite easily picture Kyuss playing it _________________ www.mendicantmusic.com |

The album sounds pretty good, but I still think Dismal Nefarious Orataions is their best by a mile. I seem to be one of the only people who really likes that album both in terms of production and composition. |

25 pages about artwork and now that the album is out only a few about the music? Seems to happen too often on this forum...
Quote: | "Nefarious Dismal orations", the deal here is , we want to remix this album, but the engineer who originally recorded this album has made it impossible to obtain the masters from him, we are not happy about this at all. So, the best we will do is to do a remastering with a great reputable mastering engineer. |
Too bad, but it's good to hear they're gonna work on it anyway. |

I really like the last new track on here (not the re-recording). Vicious stuff, for sure. |

Season of Mist is sold out of all the vinyl versions?
What other distributors are going to carry this? Hells Headbangers I suspect would have copies.
Amazing there are so many Inquisition fans all of a sudden when previous albums are still so widely and easily available but this new album is like the holy grail or something? |

Hells headbangers will carry copies, they confirmed this earlier today. Also, amazon.com is offering the black vinyl as a pre-sale which ends tomorrow. _________________ Psicoterror'zine website,

Great album. I really like the heavy-metal/triumphant feel on this one... every Inquisition album is a bit different, and this one's no exception. The recycled riffs fit the theme (...for the Multiverse, right?), and some of the new ones are among their best -- the beginning of "Spiritual Plasma Evocation" is mindblowing, and the last track just shreds. Hoping for an American tour soon! _________________ Basar North America / Promethean Burn: http://www.thebasar.org/NorthAmerica |

The samples were only used on Into the Infernal and Ominous Doctrines. |

Perfect. Ordered. I certainly prefer to use HHR than Amazon.
Now I can also add the new Profanatic cd too I wanted with the CdG pic disc. Excellent. Everything works out triple sixes. |

Nope.
Invoking The Majestic Throne of Satan had the sample on track 5 (title track)... "You are now my living altar....."
The first track on Nefarious Dismal Orations has an awesome orchestral/choir intro who's origins I'm unsure of but it sounds similar to the spirit of the old movie clips so I associate the pieces.
Haven't listened to Magnificent Glorification of Lucifer in years, so I may have been mistaken on that one. |
