Couple years ago Gary Panter (my favorite artist since I was probably 11 or 12; some not directly familiar w/him may know his work from Zappa albums, stuff for Ralph Records, or the set for Pee Wee's Playhouse) started doing a thing where you throw him some money and supply him with a couple words and he provides you with a drawing based on those words. My lady-pal is a working fiber/embroidery/multimedia artist who shows all over the world. Basically my entire house is filled with in-process work and creepy stuff like this all over the walls:

Sorry for the shitty pics/flash reflections.
These are signed prints by Cam de Leon, aka Happy Pencil.
The vertical one has cracked glass, which is that line at upper right. I dropped the fucker last time I moved, and never got around to getting a new piece of glass cut. _________________ Good deals with: Numerator41, addison, deathsleep, witch sermon, xyosefx, invinCIBility (4X), Weltbrand (2X), DrkKnight, K-mart (2X), drinks, LifeDepraved |
