A NED release means no die hard and a large amount pressed. Good news

I guess this explains the lack of news we've had about this release.

this is the most excited I have been about a new release for quite a while.

Something is very disappointing about it being on Profound Lore though. I'm not sure why, I actually like quite a bit of that label's output but it feels almost inappropriate.

This is anti-Canadianism at it's most blatant Wink

I think it's a good fit - they released the Grave Miasma recently, and did a stellar job on the vinyl.... it will be good exposure for a band sorely deserving of more exposure.

Profound Lore also did the recent AMSG release.

I met Bruni once in Calgary, seems like a solid individual and if nothing else matters, the guys label is solid. He cares about what he releases personally.

Mind you I personally wouldn't care if Disney Land was the label's stamp on the back of the CD release either. This album is probably going to be crushing no matter who releases it.

As for the vinyl version, nothing wrong with the label it is out on, however I can think of one reason it would have been great on another... cause I am certain my lair could have used an EPIC Dead Congregation flag. Twisted Evil

Noevdia's no frills approach is best imo.

Isn't the Profound Lore release just a license? That's how I understand it.

The no frills is fine, the occasional release with a patch or those recent flags is cool once in awhile too. The quality of the flags has been excellent actually. Quite a lot better than those thin silk screen band flags available at most head shops... but you also only get trendy bands there too.

The absolute no frills approach is just streaming the album via the web. Wink
