http://label.todestrieb.co.uk/2015/03/12/remmirath-album-preview-1-by-his-strong-will-homen-caused-the-earth-to-tremble/

Starting up as an atmospheric black metal band in the previous decade, Remmirath has evolved into an experimental act that is difficult to categorize.
7 years after the debut album Polis Rouge (released by the late Ulvberth of Silva Nigra on his label Ravenheart), we are finally back with the 2nd full-lenght.

The music is a trippy mash-up of various kinds of styles from extreme metal through vintage psychedelia to noise experiments, which might appeal to fans of Sigh, Solefald or even Mr. Bungle.
Lyrics deal with thoughts of Traditionalist thinkers such as Guénon & Evola, mysticism and also modern popculture. Postmodern songs against the postmodern world.

Official release on Saturday, 14th March by Todestrieb & Kristallblut Records.

Very underrated band. Polis Rouge is really good album and regarding from new samples, this one will be really progressive and original. Can't wait to get my copy.

Thanks, comrade Peter! Wink

Just discovered the topic (and the band btw). I'm listening to the full streaming on the bandcamp, really great stuff! Also a band with Guénon and Evola as influences cannot be bad Twisted Evil

Thank you very much guys!

The lyrics are kind of satirical and playful (mocking some New Age beliefs for example), but as far as the influence of Traditionalist thinkers goes, we are 100% sincere with that.

Haha, could be. The only person I know of is Trey Spruance from Secret Chiefs 3, but he basically isn't even a metal musician. But I know very little about all those occult-inspired UG bands, so I might be missing something/someone. Evola is a bit more en vogue, though.

Thanks man, the final mix is definitely going to sound better and more organic, this is just a very unrefined early version.
