Yep, I've ordered from IB/AF numerous times and so far I've never had anything take longer than a week. Apart from shipping price differences (which aren't even that bad in Germany) it ends up being roughly the same service I get from HHR and other big US distros.
My last order was a fucking fluke though. Ordered it Saturday night and had it by the following Thursday.

Finnish parcels have always arrived in three or four days here. More efficient than domestic priority mail 50% of the time. Go figure.
