Can't remember for the life of me... It was an American distro that had it, I got one of the few they had... they turn up on ebay for stupid money every now and then...
The Electric Wizard patch came with the Die-Hard of "Witchcult Today", no idea who made 'em...
That Perversor patch was a bitch to sew on, as it was over a pocket and I didn't want to lose use of the pocket! Bloody nightmare!

I've also got the Autopsy patch and bought it from Abyss Records not so long ago. I think they, in their turn, get them from Warhead Distro (Peru).
