Actually, this should be a good point, no? Who cares if they aren't a flavor-of-the-month band?

In terms of it being overlooked it's quite sad. Only 666 copies on CD.

One of the best post-2000 albums.

Yeah, but we complain about good albums selling out too quickly, and now we complain about good albums being available for too long?

Truly good albums (art, books, etc., etc.) are not overlooked forever. This will sell out eventually and then we can bitch again.

He's not playing the game anymore. Razz Haven't asked what he's going to do now, though.

The CD has been sold out for years, actually. I don't know the limitation on the LP.

True but it's always cheap on ebay. DLP is limited to 500 I think.

They did a radio show at one point, and I recorded it. I'll try to find and upload it for you, it's killer!

Not trying to derail, but is there any news on the 12th Countess album?

Last I heard, it's in the layout stage. I'm not sure when it'll be out, but it is fully recorded... samples and a pre-order page should be up once the layout is finished.

Here's that radio show.

Hail and Legacies Unchain on CKRG, Mar 13, 2004:
http://rapidshare.com/files/290952890/hail_and_LU-MAR_13_2004-CKRG.mp3.html

There are a couple unreleased Legacies Unchain songs in there -- if you like those, get in touch and I can send you the demos, if you don't have them already.

How is the Legacies Unchain stuff? I like Hail and Wormphlegm, and even Misantropical Painforest (though it's a very weird album). Legacies Unchain is the only one of his projects I've heard nothing from.

Thanx for the link, it's much appreciated. The Hail album is killer.

It's a lot like MPF, only more unhinged-sounding and less repetitive and ritual. I think it's good stuff, though like MPF, it can be an acquired taste.

Eventually the demos will get a proper release. There's also an unreleased full-length album ("Satan Is Strong And Always Near") that needs a label...

I would recommend Legacies Unchain too, I think that every Kutcheck/Dirtmaster project I've heard, have been excellent.

I highly recommend Death Citadel also, they've released one official demo, I think.
