|
October 11, 2009:
As you surely know, we have no new releases after 1995, some links below may not work due to dispersed activities of former band members.
The bad news is that we've recently encountered several illegal and bootlegged releases of our old records, such as this, this and that. Our concern is not only the copyright issue, but above all deceiving of our faithful fans by those demanding money for unauthorised records and merchandises. First, we'd never use such awful colour combination and tasteless decoration; second, the song titles, lyrics and other printed informations contain factual mistakes; third, the sound quality is worse than original.
The good news is that Master's Hammer is now in studio working on a new album after 14 years.
We'll be back soon.
Franta, Vlasta, Necrocock, Monster and Silenthell.
THE BOOTS THEY MENTION IS THE NWN EDITION... THOUGHT THOSE WERE ORIGINALS...

NICE TO SEE THE BAND BACK IN THE SCENE, HOPE THE STUFF WILL BE FAR BETTER THAN THAT SLAGARY CD... _________________ cry out for metal |

Firstly, those vinyls look great, purple and all. What's wrong with that?
Secondly, I am guessing NWN! got the permission from Osmose or whatnot, but the Band and Osmose don't see eye to eye, hence the Band calling this release a bootleg.
I doubt YK would intentionally deceive the Band, the drama has to be due to technicalities such as the above. |

"One thing needs to be said frankly: we're not at war with Osmose or with anybody. Yes, there are issues to make clear on both (or three) sides, but no reason for hassle. Anyone can reach me at stormtype(at)gmail.com, which is my valid address published for years on www.stormtype.com. Please only sane mails." |

They really, I mean REALLY should left MH dead an buried...they did enough damage with "Slagry" to now come up with music...which will be awful I am afraid...and although they are not that old, they really look now like 60 year old... _________________ Unbound celestial assassins... |

If they consider the 4xLP-release as bootlegs, it's their own problem, as I am sure both Osmose and NWN have done nothing wrong as far as contracts etc goes. And if the band doesn't do anything drastic with it, I don't see the point in locking threads about MH. Let us all just focus on the new album.... |

i didn't buy the 4-LP because i owned the DCD already, but the release looks awesome. It's funny that NWN can design a better layout for a MH release than the actual band can... |
