Just found out that all four Anacrusis albums are being re-released by Metal Blade,.and these new versions have gone through the usual remastering process, which makes me hesitant to get them as I can't find who did it.

Does anyone have any clue?
I wish it was Mr. Patrick Engel.

Wasn't aware of these re-releases, but that's very much welcomed! Yet I agree with your concerns about the remastering...

Anxiously waiting for these, love this freaking band, especially the last two albums!
All I could find about the remastering was this answer to a facebook post:

Thanks. Indeed, the last 2 albums are simply mind-blowing.
Screams & Whispers has always been on the top for me of what I understand as Prog Metal.

Screams and Whispers is one of my all-time favorite albums. I wish I could afford to buy all of these reissues but I only ordered that one on vinyl for now. Thankfully Miami Metal Merchant will be importing the black European version. I really don't understand the whole region-specific vinyl colors thing. I've noticed that Metal Blade and Nuclear Blast both like to do this.

All stuff has been remastered by Patrick W. Engel at TEMPLE OF DISHARMONY with full respect to the original sound. No re-recordings, no brickwall crap etc...only slightly improved frequency range for a nice listening experience.

I love this band. Flawless discography, in my opinion. Years ago, Kenn remastered Manic Impressions and it appears it's still available to download for free at their website: http://anacrusis.us/media%20files/MP3/Albums/Albums.html

I love the re-recordings of Suffering Hour and Reason, too. I will definitely be purchasing these remasters.
