Hmm... I went to order that Profanatica discography CD from Hells Headbangers and it looks like the die-hard version of their new album is available again. I knew it was a big thing here awhile back and thought some people here would like to know about it.
It's funny though, don't they usually list items that they find extra copies of in their updates? This only shows up while doing a search for some reason. There are actually a few sold-out items I'd like to get on that label and I hope they aren't doing the same thing with those if they ever find extra copies in the future. |

I'm frankly disappointed with the die hard version of this record. I was expecting this album for so long that I pre-ordered both the 111 and 222 versions largely in advanced right away.
When it comes to the frankincense I expected it to have a sort kind of insane packaging related to the Profanatica iconography but when I finally got the albums and saw an incense stick wrapped on alumnium foil I couldn't believ my eyes! What a lousy thing! It's hard to understand how a label like HHR has concieved such a shabby artifact as die hard paraphernalia for such an important release.
Yes, the 222 version with the patch is far way better looking and worthier the money. |

Eh, I didn't like either the packaging or the music. I mean, come on, incense? From some reason, I just think that's a stupid idea. Who fucking burns incense? Hippies and goths that's who.
Old Profanatica is great, though. I just thought I'd post this because I saw it was the buzz here awhile back like I said. |

I didn't get into this album much. The drum sound kills it for me.
Old Profanatica on the otherhand is great. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

I´m still not sure what to think of this album.
I like it .... for some reason I don´t know.
Drums sound like shit, guitars sound like shit. Vocals are maybe the best thing of the album. Riffs and song structures are heard a 1000 times before....
...but somehow I still like it ! |

Yeah, the Drum sound is shitty, sounds like a typical cheap drum machine, but this Album gets better and better with every spinning. I ike the morbid atmosphere and the Great vocals. Good Album nevertheless.
Old Profanatica is Amazing ! |

I totally agree. Ledney's vocals are always great. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

Without the drums this album would be a blow. I need a few spins more.
The Die Hards are really modest, but that fits to the album. It would be better without the frankincese/patch stuff. |

I can't stand drum machines in metal. I listened to this album once and never played it again, but the old stuff rules obviously. _________________ my medium of distant fingers |
