Alright, I'm starting to get a little pissed off...

It's been nearly a month since I placed my order with Klaxon. Not only have I not received my package, but it's been almost a week since I sent an email inquiring about the status. Needless to say, I haven't gotten a reply.

I don't mind if people can't make it to their computer everyday to check up on things. I don't even get on here that often myself. The thing is though, if you're going to run a distro and expect your customers to be satisfied with your service, all attempts should be made to promptly reply to emails. Am I wrong here?

Yosuke, do you have another email address I can reach him at? Maybe you could pass this along on to him? Does anyone else know how I could reach him? Also, I realize this may be inappropriate to mention this here since it doesn't involve anyone else. I just think others might want to know about my interaction with him.

I also had to wait really long to get my stuff .

But thats the only complain since the stuff camed in total mint etc .

im sure youll get your stuff...those guys may be slow at times but theyre honest...i think they got taken a little off guard by the amount of interest they received...i know theyve had a lot more orders than they expected and i dont think they were entirely prepared for the volume of sales they did...

Just got a response from the band, they've been out of town.

I got my package yesterday. I also received a reply to my email shortly after I made this thread with the status of my order. Apparently, the goods weren't shipped out as soon as I had expected.

So yeah, no worries with Klaxon. Everything was packaged well and arrived in mint condition. I'll be placing another order with them soon.
