I was wondering if someone knows a decent place that uses one of those electric sewing machines to make embroidered patches (or any other fairly cheap method) if I just want one of each? I have no interest in making more than 1 or 2 of each design.

There's quite a few old, now split up, bands I wouldn't mind having patches of.

Preferably in the UK, but I don't mind where really.

Thanks in advance.

I contacted Warhead about this some months ago, and he seemed willing to do this. http://www.warheadshop.webs.com/

I wish I could have some patches and even back patches made without having to get the bands permission.

I know it sounds greedy, but some of my favorite band ripped me off before (even though they are not the real band like before).

One of those bands is called The New Mentors.

Learn how to screenprint.

I like huge canvas screened patches more than anything. I guess it is the hardcore/punk in me.

It's funny you mention that Justin. I never understood the separation between genres of style and the right or wrong way of putting together your merch, ya know?

Punk/crust/whatever bands immediately figure out how to screenprint, cut n' paste, and DIY their way into a bunch of stuff.

Metalheads have a much higher standard for everything; costs, pro-printed this or pro-printed that, etc.

Common Denominator though? Both groups of people smell horrible.
