"BONUS TRACKS recorded at Salon TPOS 3/29/89 (???)
Recorded for a 7" EP but GG lost interest and then died."

Still leaves unanswered questions...

I can clear up the GG mystery for you.

First, here's the 1989 instrumental tracks with Ledney on drums and Malcolm Tent on guitar/bass.

http://www39.zippyshare.com/v/lNNmi8MO/file.html

They're pretty good actually. Not very "metal", but some double bass here and there.
I think "Major Threat" would have been great with GG on vox.

I also included an interview with Malcolm Tent that talks about the proposed gig in Connecticut.
He basically says Ledney wimped out days before the show and cut off contact. Then the club caught wind of who GG was and cancelled.

GG showed up with the Disappontments and played a gig in New York at a college instead of the Connecticut gig.
Just look up SUNY 1989 gig on youtube if you wanna see it.

Damn, that interview certainly doesn't paint Ledney in a positive light to say the least... no wonder there's so little information about it. Thanks for uploading that, those songs aren't half bad.

As far as stories go, I hear there's an interview on video done by Duke from Grinding Peace records (who marketed the first Havohej 7") where Ledney is jerking off and cumming on the bible and drinking his own piss. Just really vile, stupid shit.

Anyone has got this video interview?

I still got this video interview stored on an old VHS tape. Haven't watched it in years but I remember it started with the guys sitting at a table and babbling about this and that (seems like they were either drunk or stoned due to their erratic behaviour), at the end they pick up a bible and start ripping pages off the book, jerking off and shit like that...

Pretty sure that's my old sweatshirt lol. I was wondering where that went.

Profanatica is still the best black metal band from the US.
