Anyone have a flyer or know anything about this show?
All I know is Deicide and Cannibal Corpse played. _________________ bands:

it's really, really, really, really hard to find the metalfest lineups archived on the internet. i was just trying to remember who i saw in '98 and somehow i found the lineup as part of one of the band's website. i wish this stuff was posted someplace like metal archives. _________________ http://www.ugEXPLODE.com

| Maybe someone should start a site dedicated to archiving metal show information...as an impossible task as that would be...it could be done...like cultmetal.com did with vinyl...take user submissions with pictures and flyers and shit... |

That would be a great idea.
But extremely difficult to track down classic shows from each country and past years.
Nothing but wrinkled up stubs and faded memories now. _________________ Speeding Through Hell!

Can't help with 1991, but I do have scans of some flyers here from the 2 years I went (1998 & 1999).
The list with the set times and running order are much more accurate as they were given out at the doors upon entry.
The promo flyers were made up way earlier and inevitably there are many cancellations. For example Manowar and Morbid Angel were originally slated as 2 of the headliners in the 1999 flyer...both cancelled.

Ah the fuckin' good 'ole days when almost every band on that roster ruled. Nowadays, there's only like 5 good bands that will play in one spot at a time.
So sad.
