I saw this quote in severeal Movies and Games, but don't know where
it comes from and why it is used so often?
Anybody from US have a clue about it?

For example in Fallout i and II or Batman Begins is this Quote sometimes

Has something to do with todays office workplace I'm guessing, too many memo's going around all the time. Management is notorious for this, using memo's to inform via mass emails without actually leaving their desk these days to personally talk to anyone etc etc

I will take the coconut you big silly... I learned on Mythbusters that you can just put the address and stamp directly on it and they will send it through the mail!
