could be worse, sounds like typical burzum with a shinnier production like someone said before, vocals sound the same minus the distortion to me. i'll dl the record, i wont buy it

Varg said, if I recall correctly, that he would do nothing more than re-record old Burzum songs he never got around to using. If that's true, then it's no wonder he put them aside. Even allowing the 30 or so seconds we have to listen, it doesn't sound like Burzum.

Sounded great, would buy this even if these samples would've been released by a new band and not Burzum.

I think this sounds a lot like old Burzum and the production sounds great, I was afraid it would sound like the shitty new Gorgoroth, but no. Also liked the vocals, very good. Just as someone wrote, like in Filosofem, but without the overly distorted sound.

Can't tell about the songs of course with these short samples but I like what I hear. It doesn't sound quite like the old stuff of couse ...kind of sounds like Master's Hammer, but without hearing song structure that could be way off base. The general sound of the recording sounds a little sloppier yet more digital than i was expecting. Worst recording quality I think of any of his stuff...but again, with a 30 second sample who can really tell.
