Very true. I'd go so far as to say the first 4 had some filler, and the 2 ambient records are ALL filler. _________________

I don't consider the ambient-albums as part of MY Burzum-discography....
For a one-man-project, he made very good albums: Some fillers are ok, not everyone is capable to record a flawless album like "De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas" on its own. |

This is surprisingly good, me thinks, except for the pretty annoying drums. _________________ "Slit my eyes, for they'll remember..." |

I honestly thought it wasn't too bad. Quite a bit different but it sure as hell beats the keyboard albums. _________________ Good traders/sellers: Yosuke of NWN! | Yeah vocals sound strange, but as it was said, time do that, same thing with Master's Hammer. The third song sounds great to me. |

I wouldn't say that 'Hvis Lyset Tar Oss' contained any filler....unless you count the ambient track, but I never really consider intros/outros to be part of most albums. |

Also true. Very little non-ambient Burzum is anything but excellent. _________________

Agree. Tomhet reminds me the intro for a radio programme show I heard when I was a kid. Nostalgia. _________________ Ides sofrer como cães!

Tomhet isn't really bad, but at the same time I don't usually need to listen to a soundtrack for yoga in the middle of my black metal. _________________

no, no. burzum has never influenced any band, he has never been subject to any metal fanzine and his releases were limited to 200 each and only sold very badly. maybe bands like Valonsurma or angstridden had a big impact on the history of metal, but burzum? no, burzum is totaly irrelevant |
