Mine is a Sony PS-LX250H
I'm absolutely satisfied with it!
Before this I used through 13 years an old Fisher semi-automaic player and also was good! |

Until about 6 months ago i was using this:
I found it in a charity shop about 10 years ago or so. The turntable plays at 16rpm, 33rpm, 45rpm, 78rpm. The cabinet is made of walnut with brass, glass and bakelite (an early form of plastic). It even came with the original paper turntable cover from new and some kvlt accessories:
Unfortuntely the turntable is now broken and has been replaced with this:

Great pics everyone. Nice to see appreciation for both the high & low ends of the spectrum... there's certainly merit in both.
I would also like to mention that I really enjoy how, due to it's nature, turntables so often sit proudly on top of people's stereo racks, where they belong (ie: top of the food chain, so to speak).
Somewhat related question: what do you guys use to clean your vinyl? And when do you clean them (when your old ones are dirty, when you buy used ones, or do you even clean new ones that have never been played)? |

Then again, what's the point in having a valuable record collection if you only have a cheap-ass turntable to play them on?
I currently have a Lence L80 (which once belonged to my father) and will be upgrading to a Pro-ject xpression III as soon as I have enough money. |
